Cleaning/ OD

Cleaning outside surface of the pipe, wire brushing and rattling to remove rust, scale and other debris.


Cleaning ID

Internal cleaning rattling units in/or conjunction with high compressed water spray to remove scale, corrosion or deteriorated internal coating all of which could clog the bit while down hole.


Straightening

Bent pipe is straightened using a ram type hydraulic press.


Coating

A rust preventive coating is applied to maintain the integrity of the drill pipe
