Magnetic Particle Inspection Equipment

Magnetic Particle Inspection is a key component of any inspection program whether it is according to API or DS-1 standards. ACE carries a number of AC Yokes and fluxing coils in order for our inspectors to conduct their Magnetic Particle Inspections. Calibration weight blocks are also equipped to insure that our equipment comply to industry standards. In recent years ACE has also made the decision to switch to Magnaflux 20b florescent powder which is a water soluble powder with the intention of limiting our impact on the environment while increase the health and safety of our inspectors. Calibration of our coils and yokes are all done to industry standards.
