ACE Hard banding unit as with our inspection vans is designed to fit inside a standard 20 ft container making it highly mobile, and accessible to almost any locations. ACE has been certified by Arnco Industries to apply their range of hard banding products, aside of Arnco patented wire, Ace can offer a variety of hard band wire to our customer requirements. All our hard banders are thoroughly trained and certified by local welding societies

Pre heating and cooling units are used prior and after hard band to ensure the best possible results

Compact design of our hard band units and inspection vans means we are able to mobilize using standard 20 ft containers and work in virtually any location.
