COMPANY HISTORY

ACE started off in Brunei in 1978. In 1986 registration followed in the Philippines and in 1987 Thailand was added. Work in Malaysia and China, was done via various local agents. To control all these international activities better, a holding company registered in the Bahamas was formed in 1994; “ACE Tubular Services, Ltd. (ACE). Since 2005 ACE opened PT. ACE Inspection Services Indonesia, a dully registered and independent company according to the laws and regulations of the Indonesian government. Previously ACE had been operating in Indonesia through various local agents.

In October of 2005 PT. ACE Inspection Services Indonesia started providing inspection on drill string elements for PT. Apexindo Duta Pratama, which is still ongoing as of present. Since then we have also added customers such as TOTAL Indonesia, PT. Smith Tools, PT. Baker Oil tools, Weatherford and since November of 2007, PT Ace Inspection Services Indonesia has been acting as QA/QC for VICO Indonesia in regards to third party monitoring and surveillance services.

Inspection services, however, are also available within most parts of Asia, Europe, and North Africa. Upon request, services are available in specific areas, together with the appropriate prices. Since 1978 ACE has worked for a great range of customers.
